Our Story
Makkr Ridge Dobermans LLC is a family oriented breeding program located in Western Pennsylvania dedicated to preserving the Doberman Pinscher through health, temperament, and responsible breeding practices. My passion for Dobermans began over 18 years ago, and what started as a love for the breed has grown into a program focused on producing confident, stable companions that can thrive as family members while maintaining the intelligence, loyalty, and working ability the breed is known for. Our dogs are first and foremost members of our family. They are raised around children, exposed to everyday life, and carefully selected based on temperament, health testing, and pedigree. Every breeding is thoughtfully planned with the goal of improving the breed and producing puppies that are healthy, sound-minded, and well-socialized.
Our Commitment
Health-tested parents including cardiac evaluations, OFA certifications, genetic screening, and annual health monitoring. Puppies raised in a family environment with daily socialization and age-appropriate enrichment. Lifetime breeder support for every puppy we produce. Careful temperament matching to help place each puppy in the home best suited for its personality. Commitment to preserving the Doberman as a loyal family companion and capable working dog.
